Is delivery and setup included?
Every home we sell is delivered and professionally set by our own team. We coordinate transport, placement, and utility connections, and we walk the finished home with you before handing over the keys.
Can I order a home with different options?
Absolutely. Many of the floor plans on this site can be ordered new from the manufacturer with your choice of finishes, appliances, and layout options. Send us a message about the plan you like and we will price the build for you.
How long does the whole process take?
A home on our lot can typically be delivered and set within a few weeks. Factory orders depend on the manufacturer’s schedule — we will give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted at every step.
